1. How do I place an order on Beard Gang?
Simply browse our products, choose your desired items, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, head to the cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

2. Do I need an account to order?
Nope! You can check out as a guest. But creating an account helps you track orders, save your details, and get access to exclusive offers.

3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

5. How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on all orders over R1000 (domestic). Standard shipping rates apply to smaller orders and international shipping.

6. How long will it take to get my order?

Local Orders 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

International Orders: 7–14 business days
Shipping times may vary slightly during sales or holidays.

7. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get a Parcel tracking number via email.to trace your parcels movements. You can also log into your account to check the status.   

8. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us — we’ll sort it out.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Reach out to our support team as soon as possible.

11. How often should I use Beard Gang products?
Use beard oil daily, balm or butter as needed for styling and moisture, and our beard wash 2–3 times a week for cleanliness.
